Our institution is firmly committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students, faculty, and staff. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of sexual harassment, recognizing it as a serious violation of individual rights and dignity. Sexual harassment includes unwelcome physical contact, inappropriate comments, gestures, messages, or any behavior that creates a hostile or intimidating atmosphere.

In accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, as mandated by the Government of India, our college has constituted an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to address and resolve such issues in a confidential and timely manner. The committee functions independently and ensures that all complaints are handled with fairness, empathy, and in strict confidence.

To proactively prevent such incidents, the college organizes regular awareness programs, seminars, and workshops on gender sensitivity and students' rights. Counseling services are also available to offer emotional and psychological support. Through these efforts, we aim to educate students and staff about respectful behavior and empower them to speak up against any form of misconduct.

We are dedicated to maintaining a nurturing academic space where every individual feels safe, valued, and heard.
