In compliance with the University Grants Commission (UGC) guidelines and in accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, our institution has established the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to address issues of sexual harassment and to ensure a safe, secure, and respectful environment for all members of the college community, particularly female staff and students. 

 The ICC is committed to promoting gender equality, dignity, and respect on campus. It regularly conducts sensitization workshops, awareness programs, and training sessions to educate students and staff about gender sensitivity, preventive measures, and the mechanism for redressal.

 All complaints received by the ICC are dealt with in a confidential, impartial, and time-bound manner, ensuring fairness to both the complainant and the respondent. The committee also provides counseling, guidance, and necessary support to affected individuals. Our institution strongly believes in zero tolerance towards harassment of any kind and is dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for everyone.
