Right to Information (RTI)

The Right to Information (RTI) Act, 2005 is a powerful law enacted by the Government of India to promote transparency and accountability in the working of every public authority. It empowers Indian citizens to request information from government bodies, ensuring that governance remains open and accessible. Through RTI, people can obtain copies of government records, inspect official documents, and get certified samples of materials. The Act plays a crucial role in strengthening democracy by enabling citizens to actively participate in the decision-making process and fight against corruption or mismanagement.

As our college is affiliated with Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra, and recognized under government education policies, it falls under the purview of the RTI Act. Students, parents, and the public can use RTI to request information regarding admission procedures, fee structures, scholarships, staff recruitment, examination results, and other official matters. We maintain transparency in all academic and administrative activities, and anyone seeking official information can submit a written RTI application to the Principal or designated Public Information Officer (PIO) of the college. This builds trust and ensures our institution operates fairly and responsibly.
