Fee Refund Policy

Our Institution strictly follows the University Grants Commission (UGC) Guidelines for Fee Refund to ensure transparency and fairness in the admission process. These student-friendly norms are applicable in cases where a student withdraws from admission.

Refund Structure

  • 100% Refund – Withdrawal up to 15 days before commencement of the academic session (₹1,000 processing fee may be deducted).
  • 90% Refund – Withdrawal less than 15 days before the session begins.
  • 80% Refund – Withdrawal within 15 days after the session starts.
  • 50% Refund – Withdrawal between 16–30 days after the session starts.
  • No Refund – Withdrawal after 30 days of the commencement of the academic session.


Additional Guidelines

All refunds shall be processed within 15 working days from the date of receiving a written withdrawal application.

The refund policy is displayed prominently at the time of admission to ensure complete transparency.

Students may escalate grievances related to refunds to the UGC Grievance Redressal Cell if not resolved at the institutional level.
